Who should NOT take QUZYTTIR?

DO NOT TAKE QUZYTTIR if you are allergic to any of its ingredients or if you are allergic to medications that contain levocetirizine or hydroxyzine.

What is the most important information that I should know about QUZYTTIR?

QUZYTTIR may cause serious side effects, including:

  • Sleepiness/Drowsiness. QUZYTTIR may cause you to feel sleepy. Be careful when driving a car or operating potentially dangerous machinery. Avoid alcohol or taking certain other medicines with QUZYTTIR, as this may raise your risk of having problems with alertness or thinking.
What should I tell my doctor before receiving treatment with QUZYTTIR?

Before taking QUZYTTIR tell your doctor:

  • About all of your medical conditions, including if you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
  • About all medicines you take, including prescription or over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, or herbal supplements.
What are the possible side effects of QUZYTTIR?

The most common side effects include:

  • a metallic taste
  • headache
  • a tingling sensation
  • feeling faint
  • stomachache
  • feeling hot
  • excessive sweating

These are not all the possible side effects of QUZYTTIR. Be sure to contact your healthcare team right away if you have questions or are worried about any side effects.

What is QUZYTTIR?

QUZYTTIR is an FDA-approved prescription medicine for the treatment of short-term hives (known as acute urticaria) for patients 6 months and older.

QUZYTTIR is not recommended if your child is younger than 6 years old with kidney or liver problems.
